Nikkor Z 24-70mm f/2.8 S Lens Specifications

bythom nikon 24-70mm

Thom's Commentary: If you need a good fast mid-range zoom, just buy this one. There’s nothing better on the market. In pretty much any mount. The 24-70mm f/2.8 is an exceptionally good lens, probably the best 24-70mm f/2.8 I've seen. And somehow it Nikon managed to make it substantially smaller and lighter than the F-mount version. More of this please, Nikon. As a top-end S-line lens you get the extra control ring, L-Fn button, and OLED information panel, along with the usual weather-sealing. About the only thing anyone ever says negative about this lens is that it requires 82mm filters. But you won’t notice any of those build-related bits. What you’ll notice is what a tack-sharp zoom can do optically. Sharp. Contrasty. Detail. Yes, yes, yes. Recommended  Read Thom's Full Review of the Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8 Lens
