Fujifilm got into the mirrorless world with the XPro-1, introduced in early 2012. This came after a long pause in availability of interchangeable lens cameras from Fujifilm (they made Nikon F-mount DSLRs in the 90’s and early 00’s).
With two model line exceptions (i.e. the X-A# series and the X-T###), the Fujifilm X mirrorless cameras all use a unique sensor color filtration called X-Trans (as compared to Bayer, the usual filtration orientation).
All these cameras are crop sensor (APS-C).
