Nikkor Z 800mm f/6.3 PF VR S Lens Specifications

bythom nikon 800mm

Thom's Commentary: Yes, I understand the desire for long focal length lenses that are light. However, be sure you really need this much lens. 800mm is a lot of focal length, making it difficult to zero in on subjects through the viewfinder. On smaller, near objects keeping it on a moving subject is difficult, and with far objects you have to worry about atmospheric conditions between you and the subject. But optically, this lens is really good, and about the lightest 800mm you're going to find that's near this aperture. Highly Recommended Read Thom's review of the 800mm f/6.3 PF VR S lens
