Nikkor Z 26mm f/2.8 Lens Specifications

bythom nikon 26mm

Thom's Commentary: An odd, smallest yet, prime lens is a true pancake. However, note that partly due to its size, it’s not an S-line lens, so don’t expect too much from it. The lens works well on both DX and FX for different reasons: on DX it's nearly a fast normal lens (40mm effective), while on FX it's a small wide angle lens. One thing to consider: 26mm f/2.8 or 28mm f/2.8. They’re different size and produce a slightly different result, but the overlap is enough that it’s not likely you’d buy both. Review coming
