Panasonic GX80 / GX85

The GX80/GX85 is a more entry-level version of the GX8 camera, with reduced controls and feature set. The name GX85 is used in North America, GX80 everywhere else.

  • Focus: 49 point contrast detect using DFD, single point, multi-area, face detect, tracking, manual focus override, focus peaking, focus down to -4 EV
  • Display: 3" 1.04m dot tilting touchscreen LCD, fixed 2.76m dot EVF with 1.39x magnification with 17.5mm eye point and -4 to +3 diopter adjustment
  • Flash: built-in flash (GN 14’/4.2m at ISO 100), hot shoe, 1/160 flash sync, red-eye reduction, slow sync, rear sync
  • Remote: optional DMW-RSL1
