Metabones has introduced a new version of its Nikon G Speed Booster, specifically designed for the Blackmagic Cinema Camera (0.64x) and Pocket Cinema Camera (0.58x) both of which use the m4/3 lens mount. So for the Pocket Cinema Camera, a 50mm Nikon f/1.4 lens becomes the equivalent to a 29mm f/0.74 lens, and Sigma's recent 18-35mm f/1.8 DX lens becomes a 10.5-20.3mm f/1 lens. As with all Speed Boosters, MTF performance is increased, as well.
These new adapters are available now for US$489.
